BM Certification takes care of the privacy and protection of personal data, respecting the right of customers to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable law – Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of data (Regulation) and other applicable privacy and data processing legislation.
BM Certification processes the customer’s personal data in accordance with the customer’s data subject’s consent.

Send us a message – collected information is: name, surname, name of the represented company, telephone number, e-mail address, region, message from the client, sender’s IP address. Before sending the message, the customer must consent to the processing of data in accordance with the BM Certification Privacy Policy. Depending on the message sent, BM Certification staff will process the data received in accordance with the Privacy Policy to respond to the message.

Get Quotation – collected information is: company name, legal address, name, surname, position, telephone number, e-mail address, sender’s IP address and other information about the company’s operations and certification status. Before sending the message, the customer must consent to the processing of data in accordance with the BM Certification Privacy Policy. Upon receipt of the questionnaire, the BM Certification staff processes the received data in accordance with the Privacy Policy in order to prepare a price offer for the client.

Application form for training – collected information is: e-mail address, company name, registration number, legal address, bank account number, telephone number, participant’s name, participant’s e-mail address, sender’s IP address, seminar name and dates of application. Before sending the application form, the client must agree to the processing of data in accordance with the BM Certification Privacy Policy, as well as have the option to choose whether the client agrees to be photographed during the training and the pictures will be published afterwards. Upon receipt of the application, the BM Certification staff processes the data of the received application form in accordance with the Privacy Policy in order to take organizational measures in organizing the training.

Subscription to a newsletter – collected information is: email address. After receiving the e-mail address, it is added to the Pipedrive platform. This email provides information on how to opt out of receiving newsletters. Also, each newsletter contains a link through which you can unsubscribe from receiving further newsletters.

BM Certification protects customer data using modern technology, taking into account existing privacy risks, BM Certification uses reasonably available organizational, financial and technical resources to ensure security, including data encryption when transmitting data (SSL encryption).

The customer may obtain information about his personal data or exercise other rights as a data subject as follows:

• by submitting the application in person at the office of SIA “BM Certification” at Jūrkalnes Street 15, Riga, every working day at 9:00 – 18:00;

• by submitting the application electronically, sending it to the e-mail address info@bmcertification.com. The application must be signed with a secure electronic signature.

Upon receipt of the customer’s application, BM Certification will evaluate its content and customer identification and, if necessary, ask the customer to provide additional information to ensure as far as possible that the data will be sent to the data subject and reduce the risk of misuse of customer data.
